This policy explains what personal data BEKS collects through the beks.ma website and its communication tools, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is BEKS SA, a Moroccan public limited company (société anonyme) registered with the Mohammedia Trade Register under No. 23107 (ICE 000054237000010), with its registered office at 135 Zone Industrielle Sud Ouest, 20250 Mohammedia, Morocco.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you send us or that is required for the website to work:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and content of your message.
- Catalogue request: contact name, company, email address and phone number.
- Phone, email or WhatsApp exchanges: the information you choose to share with us.
- Audience measurement: pages viewed, visit duration, device type, country and traffic source, collected statistically by Google Analytics.
3. Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to:
- answer your contact, quotation or documentation requests (pre-contractual steps);
- manage the business relationship with our customers and prospects (legitimate interest);
- improve the website and measure its audience (consent or legitimate interest, as applicable).
4. Use of LinkedIn
BEKS uses LinkedIn's application programming interfaces (APIs), including the Community Management API, solely to manage its own LinkedIn Company Page. This use is restricted to BEKS's internal marketing team.
In this context, BEKS:
- publishes and schedules company news, product announcements and event coverage on the BEKS page;
- reviews aggregated statistics on its own posts (impressions, reactions, comments, followers) for internal reporting;
- reads and replies to comments left on its posts.
5. Commitments regarding LinkedIn data
BEKS does not manage any page on behalf of third parties, does not collect LinkedIn member profiles, does not perform any automated data extraction (scraping), and does not sell or share any data obtained through LinkedIn. This data is never used for advertising or profiling purposes.
Access to LinkedIn is secured and limited to authorized staff. Data obtained through LinkedIn is kept only as long as needed for internal reporting, and for no more than 12 months. LinkedIn members can manage their data at any time from their LinkedIn account settings.
6. Recipients
Data is accessed only by authorized BEKS teams (sales, marketing and customer service). It may be processed by our technical service providers within the scope of their services: website hosting (Netlify), email (Google Workspace) and audience measurement (Google Analytics). Some of these providers are located outside Morocco. No data is sold to third parties.
7. Retention periods
- Contact and catalogue requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the periods required by law (accounting and tax obligations).
- Audience statistics: 14 months maximum.
10. Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access and rectify your data, and to object to its processing on legitimate grounds. To exercise these rights, write to contact@beks.ma stating your request. We will reply as soon as possible.
You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
11. Security
BEKS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure: encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access restricted to authorized staff.

This policy may be updated. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
