The L 566 XPower in Morocco
The L 566 XPower is Liebherr's 24-tonne class wheel loader: the go-to versatile machine for aggregate quarries, cement plants (Lafarge, Holcim), mining and ports in Morocco. Like every Liebherr machine, it benefits from a fully integrated driveline — engine, transmission and electronics designed and built by Liebherr. The innovative XPower transmission combines a hydrostatic drive for short loading cycles and a mechanical drive for long distances and steep grades, delivering up to -25% fuel savings in loading cycles compared to conventional wheel loaders in the same class. The ergonomic cab provides optimal visibility and superior driving comfort. Available in two kinematics: standard Z-bar (easy, fast conventional loading) and industrial lift arm for heavy attachments. Distributed in Morocco by BEKS, official Liebherr Earthmoving distributor, with parts warehouse, workshop and training centre in Casablanca.
